Why Safety? Because our employees deserve to go home everyday after work without injury. Because our employees families depend upon their father, mother, wife, and husband to provide for them and be a productive member of the family.

Valley has always been a family owned company and we like to think of all our employees as extensions of that family. There is no project or work task that is more important than the safety our our fellow employees.

Safety is more than a set of policies printed in a small book and handed out during orientation. It is a way of life that must be followed everyday.

Training, supervision, and constant relentless monitoring drive our proactive safety program. From the CEO to the newly hired apprentice, every employee is part of the safety team.

Every new hire on their first day of employment receives an orientaion and face to face interview with the Safety Manager. The results of this meeting determine if the employee is qualified to perform the required duties.

With qualified safe employees, we can provide our customers with the best labor force in the area. This labor force has deservedly earned an EMR rate that is currently 30% below the industry average.

In addition to our quality field employees, our estimators and project managers participate in a pre-job hazard analysis before each and every project.

Safety is not just a word at Valley, it is a standard of excellence that we perform to for each and every client.
