Valley Construction’s Underground Utility Division has a long and successful history of installing utilities in the most challenging environments. We specialize in water mains, water services, storm sewers and storm sewer structures, lift stations, and fresh water intake systems.

With over 80 years of safe and reliable installations, our OSHA trained competent-person crews have the resources and experience to complete the most demanding projects. Utilizing the latest developments in construction techniques and equipment, we have completed projects for military installations, aluminum manufacturers, nuclear power plants, agricultural/construction equipment manufacturers, as well as local municipalities and developers.

Among our accomplishments is a single project for a major industrial manufacturer with over 18 miles of underground utilities completed ahead of schedule.
